I placed an order on November 22nd as a gift for my wife, and the size S was too small. The sizing for these seem to be a bit off (small fit) but I figured that’s okay and I’ll just exchange and get a size up. There was a miscommunication with the digital assistant which caused some frustration, but the Customer Experience Manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue in a way that was extremely generous. I will be happy to buy from RaceFace again knowing the amount of care the customer service team has for their customers.

WAY too small . I have a chronic illness that make me really skinny and even the medium size is WAY too small for me . I cant even get it in place. Thats ridiculous . The return procedure would cost as much as order a new set.

The medium size would almost fit my 9 years old skinny son

Really disapointed by the size and the exchange procedure. I even hesite to order another set because I fear that the large will still too small. Im 5'9" at 130lb , i should not need large/xl size thats a non sense
