I'm 5'8" 155lbs with a 32" waist. The M fits perfectly, length & waist. Just went on my first winter ride with them here on Vancouver Island BC, Jan 4th. Temp 9°c and these were perfect. Always worn just pads and shorts even when colder but these are nice for keeping the mud on the outside. Any warmer, I'd likely be back in shorts but I get hot and sweat a lot. Thought thigh pockets would annoy me, but they work well for my phone. Just the right amount of room for knee pads, fabric is nice--light but feels tough enough. Time will tell, but so far 5/5.

Nice pants. I'm 5'8" (30" inseam) and went with a medium. The fit was spot on. Not too baggy but they don't feel restrictive either.

First MTB specific pants. Well made and designed.not too tight or loose. Love them.

Didn’t put them to the test yet. They run small. In other brands i wear medium or 32 regular and those medium tall fit tighter and the length is the same (not longer).

Oh man. This pants are great. They fit perfect. I just wish the pants has a side pocket for your phone or easy snack reach.
